Express Pizza
Express Pizza is a mobile pizza delivery app that was created in order resolve issues with mainstream delivery services.
User interviews were conducted in order to identify pain points commonly found in the industry. Design solutions were driven by user feedback.

After conducting user interviews with a sample size of 12 individuals, the main concerns with delivery apps were:
Communication
Limited dietary preferences
Payment safety
Access budget/ promotion information.
Persona
Aileen
7/12 individuals interviewed were mothers in the workforce. Therefore, the persona used for this project was Aileen.
Overall, the persona who is most likely to use Express Pizza is someone who is limited for time and is in need of an easily accessible delivery service.
